Challenges

We are a web-based tech company based in the Netherlands that collaborates with local advertising agencies. We wanted to grow our team to gain more flexibility, but finding skilled developers locally was difficult and expensive, so we decided to try a virtual arrangement.

Solutions

We contacted EXB Soft in order to hire one engineer. We were also working with an Indian provider at the time, but because we weren't happy with the quality of their work, we decided to expand our team through EXB Soft.

Our team now consists of six developers who have created a large number of websites and online stores for our clients by utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. When we needed additional staff, EXB Soft was able to find the right people in two weeks. They look after the developers we've hired through them. If we ever had a problem with one of our engineers, EXB Soft was always quick to respond.
